All Clean Services are happy to announce that we have been appointed as the Commercial External Window Cleaning contractor at One The Elephant, a newly-completed residential building in Elephant and Castle in south London.
Paul Woods, Managing Director at All Clean Services, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract to clean the windows at such a prestigious building. All Clean Services is one of a number of companies asked to tender for the contract. I’m pleased to say that our team have already started work on site”.
The windows will be cleaned on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, by a professionally qualified team using a cradle to access the building from ground level and from the roof at the same time. The team couldn’t wait to show their colleagues in the office the view across the City from the roof before they started work.
The Building Services Manager is delighted to be working with All Clean Services as he knows the teams are all professionally trained, and will always carry out a good job.
One The Elephant is a 37 storey, 124m tall building comprising 284 apartments. The building forms part of the regeneration of the whole area, which includes a new campus for the London College of Communication (part of the University of Arts, London). The area will also benefit from work spaces for start-up businesses and a 1,000 seat cinema. The regeneration of the area is part of a wider £3 billion regeneration in the London Borough of Southwark.
